RIO PALACE

EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT

This agreement is made and entered into this date of Is of April 2022, between RIO PALACE Restaurant
andALI ADOW ADAN , The Operations Manager who is for consideration set out to undertake and act as
the operations manager for RIO PALACE Restaurant.
The length of this contract is six years starting from April 2022 to April 2028. It is understood and agreed
upon that the work of the operations manager under this agreement for employment shall begin the first
day he joins RIO PALACE Restaurant.

JOB DESCRIPTION
A. Supervise all restaurant activities and ensure compliance to all company standards to increase all sales
of labor costs and prepare various reports accurately and within timeframe.
B. Maintain optimal level of sanitary procedures for all food handling and maintain neat and clean kitchen
area and ensure optimal quality of all food preparation and ensure compliance to all standards.
C. Administer performance of all service staff and schedule and evaluate all restaurant operations and
provide training to all employees and maintain all work according to required policies and procedures and
maintain knowledge of all food and beverage trends.
D. Prepare estimates of all food and beverage costs and coordinate with Restaurant staff and assist to
purchase all required supplies and place required orders for all distributors and ensure response to all
complaints.
E. Educating customers about menu options
F. Attracting new customers and generating additional revenue; characterizing new and expanded
products and services.
G. Listening to customer complaints and queries and addressing their concerns in an efficient yet friendly
manner, and reporting to the manager on duty without delay.
H. Ensure compliance to all security procedures and design strategies to protect all employees and
customers and design strategies to reduce injuries to staff and prepare various accident reports.
I. Manage all shifts for restaurant operations and schedule all process and maintain cleanliness at all times
and assist to resolve all complaints and maintain food quality at all times and perform regular interviews
with all employees.
J. Perform orientation and provide training to all new employees on restaurant processes and determine
appropriate feedback from employees and maintain all restaurant plans.
K. Consult with the manager to plan menus, taking into consideration factors such as costs and special
event needs.
EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT

Hours Of Work
It is understood and agreed upon that the operations manager working hours shall be
8:00 am to 11:00 pm from Saturday to Friday.

Salary
1. In consideration for services rendered, a salary of $2500 ( two thousand and five hundred dollars)
shall be payable, without deductions for city council and federal taxes. And a commission of $300 to
$500
1. RIO PALACE will provide all accommodations
2. The payment shall be due and payable at the 2nd day of every month.

Termination And Renewal

• It is understood and agreed upon that this agreement may be terminated by RIO PALACE
with thirty (30) days notice to the operations manager

• It is also understood and agreed upon that this agreement may be terminated by the
operations manager with thirty (30) days notice to the CEO of RIO PALACE

• The Operations manager may accept the new agreement by signing it and returning it to the
CEO of RIO PALACE within one (1) week of receipt.
