    Receive my greetings.
    This letter serves to confirm that Mtubatuba ward 04 is the ward with mostly urbane boundaries, which include
    Mtubatuba Town and Mostly its operations and community leadership is not under IZINDUNA.

    As a results most of the land, is under Municipality regulations and part of it, is the private land with private owners and
    farm owners who are paying Municipal rates.

    Therefore, ward 04 land use and other community operations are not under the administration of Tribal authority under
    IZIDUNA Traditional leadership. However, the ward is indeed under Ubukhosi BakwaMkhanazi.

    Please don’t hesitate to contact the ward Councillor should there be any questions or clarity required about the content
    of this letter.
