b. Effective use of staff resources (i.e. is the course sufficiently subscribed to run)
2. Internal applicants from DPA
3. External applicants with a connection to DPA (e.g. siblings / children of DPA staff / students)
4. External applicants who are currently / previously Looked After Children
5. External applicants with completed applications before the deadline

1) The differences between A-Level and BTEC Level 3 courses are discussed in the Prospectus Page 6.
2) There may be an exception made if you have an area of strength that allows you to meet the subject-specific requirements for a particular A-
Level course. This decision will be made at the discretion of SLT, with input from the Lead Teachers for that subject.
3) ‘GCSE English’ can include either English Language or English Literature.
