INTRODUCTION

I. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Pearls in a Bottle is a drink and beverage small business offering
level up tapioca drinks with different innovative flavors. This concept was
decide upon the brainstorming of the business owners that even it is the
Christmas Season wherein the typical weather should be cold, people still
crave for something cold too as well as the love of people to milk tea is
indeed incomparable that is why the business owners came up to the
idea to launch a business that is resulted from that inception and that is
where Pearls in a bottle originated. The idea is to produce a cold drink
with pearls smaller than what we usually prefer in milk tea with flavors that
people haven’t tried yet.
Pearls in a bottle aims to satisfy people’s cravings. This product can
be a best alternative to milk tea because the concept is somehow similar
but the thing is that the pearls can easily be chewed as it is really small. As
there are a lot of medical opinions that black pearls are hard to digest.
This product is made to order, ready for on-the-go and is sustainable
because we are using reusable plastic bottles.
The innovative flavors are the dalgona coffee tapioca, pandan
matcha tapioca and mango graham tapioca. These flavors are a
combination of two different flavors in one so it is really delightful and we
made sure of that upon our taste test. As well as we are offering the 500ml
drink that can be somehow equivalent to the 16oz of milk tea.
Pearls in a bottle are expected to be sold at affordable prices given
its quality. This business hopefully will be patronized by the market, this can
be ordered online through our Facebook Page and our system will be
ordered now and there will be a scheduled delivery.

II. MISSION, VISION AND OBJECTIVES

MISSION:
To provide delightful and tasty leveled up tapioca drinks to be the best
alternative of milk tea without sacrificing the quality to satisfy customer’s
cravings of cold and yummy drinks at reasonable prices.

VISION:
We envision to satisfy and provide our customers with new flavors tapioca
beverages at the same time maintaining excellent customer service by
producing drinks at an affordable price that will contribute to our
customer’s joy and overall joy satisfaction.

OBJECTIVES:
● To serve our customers flavorsome tapioca drinks at prices they can
afford
● To build customers relation to attain a brand in the market
● To work within the mission and vision to provide innovative drinks to
be the ebay alternative of milk tea.

III. DESCRIPTION OF THE PRODUCTS

PEARLS IN A BOTTLE
(TAPIOCA DRINKS)
Our Business is offering three (3) innovative flavors of tapioca drinks
namely; the dalgona coffee tapioca, the mango graham tapioca and the
pandan matcha tapioca. We came up to this product idea as we have
observed that people are indeed weird as even during rainy season they crave
for cold drinks like shakes, milk tea and even simple soft drinks so by then we
decided to make beverages that will cater people’s craving of milk tea by
creating new and inventive flavors that customers surely never tried before.

Below are the brief details about each flavor:

COFFEE DALGONA - This is the iced coffee and a coffee jelly in one but with
tapioca version to make it more like a milk tea vibes wherein the dalgona
coffee is not mixed with the milk beneath having the tapioca pearls and black
gulaman float all over.
MANGO GRAHAM - This is the mango milkshake, mango milk tea or will pass
as a mango graham in a bottle as the mango are below with the tapioca on
top of it and a crushed graham above then the mango liquid milk mixture to
complete the drink.
PANDAN MATCHA - This is a combination of a pandan and matcha flavor
sharing the green goodness in one. The matcha milk with the tapioca pearls
as well as the pandan flavored gulaman.

OTHER INFORMATION:
● In each bottle you get 500ml content.
● It is made with no preservatives added.
● It was made in a safe and clean environment.

The name of the business is “Pearls in a Bottle” and this is the Official Logo
of Pearls in a bottle, it illustrates a horizontal bottle with small white pearls inside
and a word “pearls” to complete the bottle look.

addicted to Cold Beverages online as we will set up a brand in Facebook
having our Facebook Page. These people are within the scope of Naga
and Pili Area only that will be transferred from Concepcion Pequena to
the residence or place of the customer via delivery. The people we target
are usually teens and those who are working who want on-the-go drinks.
