I am writing to request additional payment for the rework that was required after the change of design
on the [Project Name].

As you know, I have completed the original work as per the contract and specifications on [oct 4/2023].
However, after the completion of the work, you have requested me to modify the work according to the
new design that was not part of the original agreement.

The rework involves carpentry, bar bending, and labor work that requires about 10 workers for two
days. The estimated cost of the rework is ten thousands (10000) which is not covered by the original
contract.

I kindly request that you pay me the additional amount for the rework as soon as possible. This will
enable me to continue working on the project and maintain a good relationship with you.

Please find attached the invoice and the breakdown of the rework costs for your reference. You can
make the payment by adding on the original agreement payment.

I appreciate your cooperation and understanding in this matter. Please let me know if you have any
questions or concerns.
