METHOD STATEMENT FOR ANCHORAGE REBAR RECTIFICATION WORKS (NCR 02)

1. PREPARATION FOR REBAR PLACEMENT INTO COLUMN 1. Drilling Machine

- As the column already been concreted, we need to drill a
hole to insert the rebar into the column
- For the height of the beam is 600mm, we need another
400mm depth to insert the rebar.
- As for this purpose, we drill a hole approximately 400mm

2. REBAR PLACEMENT INTO COLUMN

- After the hole are ready, we insert the rebar into the hole.

3. CONCRETING WORKS

- Concreting work shall commence after the rebar are

- After concreting works, the curing period will begin for 7
