 We have a never - ending wish list of things that we want to buy, so do I.
 I want to buy an apartment in the future, I hope to cross this item off my
list when I’m 30 years old. I know it is difficult but I believe I can do it.
 Most importantly I am an independent person, I want to move out of my
parents’ houses.
 As soon as, I want to buy a small apartment, I’m looking a Flat which
further away from city center. It will be located in outskirt of the town,
the price will be more reasonable
There are many reasons why I want to buy an apartment in the future:
Firstly, I can do everything, I don’t want to interfering my parents
Secondly, I can decorate my house according to my taste and personality. I
will paint it pink, my apartment will have a living room, a bed room, a bathroom
and a kitchen
Finally, I want to show my parents that I can take good care of myself
2. Describe your idea of a perfect vacation

 We have an idea of a perfect vacation that it is a memorable holiday, so do
I. I want to tell you about my idea of perfect vacation. The place which I
have never been there, it is near the sea, I think it is Sam Son beach.
 I will go there with my family or my friends, we will stay here for 3 days.
  The weather will be sunny, the air will be cool. The sea will be clean. There
are a lot of good seafood, The food is very fresh, delicious but not
expensive such as shrimp, crab, squid. We will stay in Ban Mai hotel, it is
quite small but very nice and comfortable, specially it is near the sea.
 In the morning, I get up early to watch the sunrise, in the afternoon to watch
the sunset. During the day, I would go swimming, surfing and doing some
activities, taking photos. At night, we would go to eat specialty food, we
would walk around the beach or sit to see the star.
 At the end of our vacation, we will buy some gifts to give my neighbor or
my friends at home.
 This is perfect vacation because I will be with the people I love in a
beautiful place.

 My favorite place to eat out is Hoang Gia restaurant which is located in
Lang Ha Street. It is about 2 km from my school. It is a small restaurant but
the food is very fresh and delicious.
 When you come here, you feel cozy space, very elegant design. Every table
had a vase of colorful roses. There are some beautiful picture hang on the
wall, the wall is painted in light tones to make the space more spacious.
 The food is very various, they service both Chinese and Japanese dishes, for
me the most favorite is Vietnamese seafood such as crab, shrimp, squid.
They are very fresh and delicious, besides the restaurant is famous for
drinks, juices and dessert from fresh fruit.
 Come here, you will be enjoy the great music, it’s really relaxing.
  I often go there with my friends at the weekends or birthday party, I’m
really impressed about this restaurant. Hope you go there and I’m sure you
will like it as me.
4. Describe an area of countryside you know and like

 I have been to many countryside but my hometown is the area which I like
most, my hometown is a beautiful small village in Cam Thuy district, Thanh
Hoa province.
 The most famous here is Nem Chua, visitors to here are buying Nem Chua
as gift. In addition, there are other special such a Gai cake, shrimp paste,
there are our local food, very delicious but not expensive.
 There are a lot of tourist attraction in my hometown such as Ca Than
stream, Cam Luong flower garden. Specially, Ca Than stream is attractive
thousand of tourist every year.
 Thanh Hoa is poor land, The people is honest, hard woking and friendly.
They often leave home early to work in the fields or nearby town in the
morning. In the afternoon, most of them are at home. Some of them take a
nap after lunch. There are some games for children such as playing soccer,
skipping or swimming.
 The delicious food, beautiful scenery, friendly people are what I like most
in my hometown. Hope you will come to my hometown soon in the future
and I’m sure you will love it as me.
5. Describe a sport you would like to learn

- Also explain why you would like to learn this sport
 There are many sports which people like to learn such as soccer, badminton,
volleyball, tennis but I would like to learn swimming. It makes I feel
comfortable and relax.
 To do this sport, I need a goggles, a swimwear and sunscreen, especially a
qualified swimming pool from the qualified of the water to the depth.
 To learn this sport, I can take a swimming course taught by the teacher or
my friend. I think I will let my friend teach me because I feel more
comfortable than the teacher teaching me.
 There are four reasons why I like to learn it
 Firstly, I want to overcome my fear of water
 Secondly, I can improve my health. I study it about 2 sessions per week. My
friend is Quynh who teaches me. He swims very well.
 Thirdly, I can relieve stress at the end of the day. I feel really comfortable
and relax after swimming.
 Finally, I can protect myself in a situation where it is necessary. My
hometown often floods in the rainy season.
 Although I’m very afraid of water but I still try to overcome my fear and
improve my health

 Today, I want to talk about my friend who has had an important influence in
my life. She is my sister, my role model.
  She is 23 years old. I have known her for 7 years when I was 9 th grade. In
appearance, she is tall and thin, with an oval face, long black hair and brown
eyes
 In personality, she is honest, friendly, confident, independent and reliable.
At her home, she has a lot of cats because She likes animals, she also loves
children so she often takes care of her relative’s baby.
 I really admire her, she is always independent in the life, she does her job
excellently. She inspires as well as positivity in my mind. I really like her,
Hope we are friends forever.
7. Describe a subject that helped you in life, even thought you didn’t like it in
school.

 I have studied a lot of subject but the subject that helps me in life is English,
even thought I didn’t like it in school.
 Now I like this subject because I feel it is interesting, it is an international
language and I really need it for my current studies and my work in the
future.
 Study English well, I can:
 Reading foreign news, I can also watch movies without narration.
 When I participate in foreign convention events, I can hear, understand
useful information.
 Use English to communicate with many people around the world.
 I can also easy to play games
 I used to dislike English. Because: a lot of new words, very long grammar
  As you can see English is very useful and has everything in life. That is why
now, I like English. I don’t study well but I will study harder.
8. Talk about some thing that make you excited

 To be honest, there aren’t many exciting things in my life but if I have to
talk about one I would talk about coming home every vacation
 About twice a year, every holiday like Tet and summer, I usually go back
my hometown where has my family.
 I feel excited at home, because:
 Firstly, the atmosphere is peaceful, fresh, the weather is cool. I feel really
comfortable and relaxed because there are not many cars and high – rise
building like in the city, instead there are a lot of trees, fields, local animals
 Secondly, I can help my parents do housework, take care of my father’s
garden and cats. In the afternoon, I can cook with my younger sister, swim
with my younger brother. I often go out for coffee with my friends in the
evening
 That’s it, the most peaceful hometown where has my family, my friends, my
childhood. A place that gives me motivation and effort. Thank you for

 Loop up the prices of a lot of consumer goods
 The most important benefit is connecting many people around the world.
It’s easy to contact family, friends by chatting, text, email
 For student, the internet an education medium. They can learn foreign
language, look up information, study online, do and their homework over
the internet.
 Internet is very important in my country. Everyone can:
 Read books, watch movies, listen to music, play games.
 Use a variety of services such as online banking, buying movie tickets and
booking hotels.
10. Describe an important day you celebrate in your country.

 In my country there are many important days but the most important is Tet
holiday.
 We celebrate Tet on the first day of Lunar New Year Calendar. It’s time
when family members come home, everyone gather together. It usually lasts
for a week.
  Before Tet, they often clean and decorate their houses such as repainting the
walls and planting flowers. Besides, they go to the market to buy food,
drinks, cakes, candies, flowers. Especial, people pack the Chung cake which
is traditional cake on Tet in Vietnam, they also decorate the peach tree in
the house.
 During Tet, they visit relatives, neighbors, teachers, friends and wish each
other lucky, health and success.
 In addition, they also go to temples, pagoda to pray the best for their family
 The children got new clothes and received lucky money
 Tet is an important day in Vietnam because it is time that everyone come
home, meet again family, relatives, friends and have some parties with
traditional dishes after a busy year.
11. Talk about a house or an apartment you would like to live in.

 A house in my dream is not large house as long as it fits my personality
 I like the house which is located in countryside
 This will be a 2 - storey house facing southwest and it will be full furnished.
It is painted bright tones such as yellow. The house has many rooms: a
living room, a kitchen, a bathroom, two bedrooms, especially, the bedroom
is painted according to each person.
 In front of the house, there is a garden to plant flowers and vegetables. In
addition, to the right of the house, there is a small garage and storage. To
the left of the house, there is a small pool which I can swim on summer.
  I would like live in this house because it is fresh atmosphere, is located in
peaceful place. In there, I can enjoy country life and be close to natural that
I can’t find in the city

 I would like to study with my best friend whose name is Ngoc. She has the
same age as me and I’m 23 years old. I have known her for 7 years when I
was 9th grade. She come from Thanh Hoa province, now she is a student
AOF university.
 She is tall and thin, she has an oval face, long black hair and brown eyes.
 There are many reasons that I would like to study with her:
 Firstly, she is an intelligent person, she is good at studying. Besides, she is
friendly, confident and independent. I want to learn that from her.
 Secondly, she has a very wide knowledge base and I want to know many
things from her
 Finally, she has very good situational skills and is also very funny
 I feel comfortable and relax when we study together

 I have been to a lot of places but a peaceful place that I like is my
hometown
 This is a countryside in Cam Thuy district, Thanh Hoa province. It is 150
km from Ha Noi.
 It has fresh air and cool weather. There are many trees, fields, local animals.
The people are friendly, honest and hard working. They often leave home
early to work in the field or nearby town. This place has many tourist
attraction such as Ca Than stream, Cam Luong flower garden. Especially,
Ca Than stream is the most famous.
 I like this place because that is where I grew up, my childhood. This place
has my family and friends. On vacation, when I return home, I feel
comfortable, relaxed.
