 INTRODUCTION

Interview Mocks is also an Edtech company, and it mainly trains the audience about the rules
and regulations that should be followed by us at the time of interview with that they also train
them about personality development with that they also conduct mock interview. Interview
Mocks was started in 2021, with a bunch of friends bored during the pandemic, wanting to
make a change. They saw the growth of schoolers, undergraduates, postgraduates, freshers,
and even the working professionals & housemakers getting disrupted due to the gap caused
by lockdowns in their personal and professional lifestyles. There was a need to introduce
something to fill this gap so that people could come out confident & prepared after the
pandemic, and are ready to convert the new challenges into opportunities for growth,
prosperity, and happiness. Therefore, they introduced "Interview Mocks" as a learning
platform for the community to enhance their skills and develop new ones. They believe in
giving back to society and thus, provide a great opportunity where we all can share our
learnings, experiences, and skills with each other, and support the path of development. They
are expertise in providing CV Preparations, Interview Practice Sessions, Aptitude Tests,
Interview Q/A Books, Guidance Sessions, and other Development Short Term Courses. Our
focus has always been on providing learning and growth opportunities to society, and so we
aim to support everyone irrespective of one's caste, gender, age, profession, and economic
circumstances.

The skills and experiences which I have learned from this internship are:

 Teamwork with the group

 Good leadership skills are also important for betterment of tasks

 Brief knowledge about graphic designing

 An introduction towards the importance of mock interviews, personality as well as

group discussion

 A brief knowledge about the fonts, themes as well as color

 A brief exposure about how a post is prepared whenever it is for social media platforms

The internship by Interview Mocks gives the exposure of graphic designing or we can say the
use of Canva in the field of graphic designing. Not only this here we are trained how to make
use of graphic designing in the field of business and how graphic designing help in attracting
the target audience. Here I learned how to make posts for Instagram with that I also learned
how to create carousel of picture in Canva. I also learned about how Edtech market works. I
shared my feedback that what all we can do for the betterment of this company. Here I was
mainly focused about the templates because whenever we use a template, we are not using it
for our company but we are making it for our target audience. So, we have to be very
cautious that what we are making because template should be eye catchy as it will help us or
the company to gain more customers. Second point is the font of the text as we know there
should be an appropriate font size whenever we are creating a template it should always be
readable by the end user. Lastly color combination whenever we make a template it should be
in such a way that it should not look too dark or too light it should be in such a way that
people can understand what you want to convey.

 CONCLUSION

Internship means where we learn, explore and push our boundaries to show how hardworking
we are how can we achieve our steps towards a perplexed goal. So, this internship also guides
me about a field that is graphic designing which plays an important role in information
technology. There are two things that I want to conclude firstly use of Canva and how Edtech
markets are using Canva. Canva is a tool which is mainly used for creating and designing a
template. This is a platform through which we can use different templates for designing the
one we wanted. This platform also helps us to create gif, videos and image carousel for the
company as well as for our daily use. With that Canva also have paid templates these
templates have some more advanced features then the unpaid one. Canva paid templates have
motion images as well as more advanced animations. Canva is most likely tool for graphic
designing because of its simplicity. Whenever we work with Canva it is a very easy tool to
learn even for the beginners because the best part of it is the simple drag and drop feature.
Even if you want to insert and web image, link or want to add a QR code it is very easy to put
just by few clicks. Now let’s understand why Edtech market like Interview Mocks opted for
Canva as platform for graphic designing so the main reason is needing less training than other
platforms with that better output. Startup Edtech companies needs more output because they
want scalability with less efforts because at the end companies are mainly depended on their
output so platform like Canva is a game changer because in these kinds of platforms the main
concept is to understand the need and once the need is obtained, we then have to design
accordingly. Secondly, we do not need do any complex coding for achieving the design
which is again a boom for the companies and we also have free templates which means
companies need not provide or invest separately in this platform. Lastly, we want output that
too as soon as possible which means less time consuming and helps in gaining more output.
Edtech is a flourishing market so these tools like Canva gives a big boom for starting the
career in this field. Interview Mocks is also a startup company and the pathway they have
opted will help them to become successful company also with that they also provide
internships which also means that they are also encouraging and helping the youths by
providing proper guidance.
