ABSTRACT
This article analyzes the peculiarities of the notion of faith and how it can be used effectively, taking into
account religious, scientific and philosophical aspects.
KEYWORDS: Faith, scientific belief, ideological belief, religious belief, primary and secondary belief.

In the current process of globalization, it is necessary to make effective and wide use of our national customs,
traditions and positive philosophical-ethical concepts formed during the historical development in all areas in
order to raise the spiritual worldview of a person. Faith and belief are important concepts in human life. Based
on the individual psychological character of these concepts, their effective use in youth education is becoming
a necessity of the time. Doctor of Philosophy, Professor Ibrokhim Karimov writes about this:
"The situation that threatens the society in which we live now is that faith, which consists of a mental state
that arises on the basis of support and trust in many people, especially young people, is liquefying and
waning. A certain faith, the spirit of faith is instilled into the minds and hearts of young people from infancy
through family, relatives, educational and work groups, and social institutions in society. An intelligent person
should understand why he was born, what is the meaning of life, and in his actions and activities, he should
get used to strictly complying with the laws, rules and norms of the society in which he lives"
It is an important task to study the phenomenon of faith nowadays, when the globalization processes are
strongly affecting all areas of society and the moral threats arising as a result are increasing. The spiritual and
moral integrity of a person depends on various ideological threats, not blindly following false ideas, strict
adherence to progressive ideology and belief.
At this point, it is appropriate to pay attention to the concept of faith and its philosophical content. "Belief
(Arabic - to believe, faith, to be sure) is a concept that serves as a spiritual basis, a guide and a goal for human
activity, and is an expression of knowledge, ideas and imaginations realized by means of mind, feelings and
will" Faith and the issue of its formation has been one of the urgent issues during the development of the
entire human society. Because an integral component of the development of the spiritual sphere in the
upbringing of the mature generation of each historical period was directly related to the determination of
human faith.

Faith is one of the main criteria of human outlook. Belief is a belief system created by our experiences, not
only in our conscious or subconscious mind, but also in our heart and emotional world. In faith, the mind
unites with the world of feelings and actions and gives qualitative confidence to the spiritual world of a
person. A belief system is the core of a worldview. There is no ambiguity in the realm of faith - there are no
two unconditional principles of faith in the heart of a single, whole and purposeful person. S. N. Bulgakov
defines faith as follows:
"The most important intermediate step between faith and knowledge is called faith. Belief is subjectively the
most important part of thoughts for us, but at the same time, belief does not have the character of logical
argument, but is supported by more or less faith. For example, it is impossible to believe that today is a date."
Belief is the main criterion of a person's worldview and spiritual identity. A person who does not have deep
faith cannot be a believer in the full sense. It is like an actor who performs his role badly, in the end he loses
his "I". Belief is the highest level of faith, and action or inaction on the path of this faith is understood. It is
known that ideological belief empowers a person with a strong instinct for self-preservation when his life is in
danger, or in the process of saving the lives of others by sacrificing himself. Throughout history, many great
truths or ideals of social justice have been defended by people of faith who have sacrificed their lives for their
beliefs.
Belief in a person has the characteristics of primary and secondary formation. In recent years, it has been
noted that faith can be changed or reformed only when a person has great experience and observation, when
he is able to consciously observe the secret of his soul and control it. This process differs from the primary
form of belief in its complexity. Although the concepts of faith and belief constitute an important component
of the human worldview, its theoretical core is a system of philosophical knowledge. A thorough study of the
history of philosophy would be appropriate for a perfect analysis of these systems.
Doubtful reaction to events that happen in life, lack of courage, indifference indicate the weakness of a
person's faith or lack of faith. Such people often live by following or imitating other people, depending on the
circumstances, they deviate in one direction or another. Therefore, it is inevitable that the void of faith is a
barrier to the development of society. If faith is limited to narrow interests, it prevents the solution of
universal problems.
Every sane person wants to leave something from himself to his family, children, and humanity, realizing the
eternity of humanity. Based on this, he determines the meaning and purpose of his life. The same factor
represents his faith. As the first President I.A. Karimov said: "In this world, there are many people who
consider living honestly and cleanly as a vital belief and a supreme goal"
Due to the honor of independence, the realization of our identity, the revival of our religion and national
values allow us to solve the issues of spiritual and moral education in an oriental way. On the basis of our rich
spiritual heritage, it is necessary to raise young people to be faithful, faithful, compassionate, generous and
kind.
At this point, it should be noted that not every faith is religious, but religion also has the property of
cementing faith as its own form. Religious faith means believing in God who is above human will, receiving
help from Him, believing in holy books, prophets, resurrection after death, etc. Belief in a religion only fosters
a sense of responsibility before this community, belief that the era of the celebration of intelligence will come
- faith makes one responsible before the whole world mass of opinion, the human race. Formation of faith in
