A. Document needed once before arrival :

B. Need to prepare before arrival at Ngurah Rai Airport :

1. Hold the certificate vaccine minimum 2 times vaccinated

C. In Destination:
1. Visa on arrival is granted for Indian passport holders at IDR 500.000 per person (Approx. USD 35)
2. If the temperature is under 37,5 celcius, the international travellers may continue the activities
3. If the temperature is above 37,5 celcius, the international travellers are required to do PCR swab
test on own expenses with total cost IDR 275.000 per person (Approx. USD 20)
4. Exit PCR based on the Airlines or destination country’s regulation at least one day prior to
departure

D. Check In / Out Time :

1. The Standard Check In Time is 15.00Hrs
2. The Standard Check Out Time is 12.00 noon

E. Pick Up Transfer :
1. Maximum waiting time for All Tours is 30Mins from the assigned time of pickup.
2. No Refund for UN USED Services / MISSED of NO SHOW : No Show Guest would not be given any
refund nor would their tours be re-scheduled.
