decade of experience in aviation Technical/Aftermarket & Customer Services for various

As Manager in customer Engineering, I was responsible for overseeing the technical aspect of a
contract across entire APAC region customers, monitoring the removals of each operator, finding
the probable root cause, some of my roles include:

• Implementing premature removals to certain components group for interim cleaning to

increase the service life and reduce the overhaul cost.
• Analysis the removal trend and recommend preventive maintenance action.
• Forecasting the cost for new contracts, advise and assist Key Account manager for
necessary action plan.
• Traveling frequently to customer place to build relationship.

I have excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills that enable me to work in
technical projects effectively and efficiently. I have a bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical
Engineering. I am also proficient in various Aircraft/Engine Maintenance Manual,
Troubleshooting Manual, Wiring Diagram Manual, Schematic Manual, Structural Repair
Manual, Illustrated Part Catalogue.
