Teammates of the Company

Date – 9/11/2022

Subject – “Astrigo’s” course of action for the given period (IMPORTANT)

Dear all,

This is to notify you about the outcome of the executive meeting that had been taken place on 8 th
November 2022 looking at the recession and companies fall in profits below the given line. I and the
seniorThe committee has decided to cut 10 % of the salary for all the employees across this organisation
until and unless the company again starts making profits.

The decision came in light of the company main portfolio missing it’s earnings estimates and decline in
20 cents per share, profits dropping below the given threshold level even though prices were slashed
down and in an attempt to decrease the volume of inventory furthermore company is losing it’s
customer to cheaper retailers thus thinning down revenue. Further progressing into the recession there
has been mass layoffs across various organization which indirectly affected many employees as their
family members have been laid off resulting our members in disdain, emotionally hit and low morale are
indirectly resulting our existing customer service to get worse which is not acceptable as our core value,
culture corporates customer service as main element in company values, as given in the pledge of
allegiance which states – “Astrigo is made up 12000 teammates whose highest goal is to take care of our
customer”.

Remembering out priority of customer servicing, which is class ahead in industry, thinning down the
employee size or keeping them in distress is deviating from our core values thus seizing down all the
possible outcomes and taking a decision which is in align with the company’s culture the committee
have decided to make 10 % cuts in the salary payments of all employees until the next decision comes
along to normalize the salary structure.

As great customer service begins with innovative and talented members, we care for our people those
who make it possible for the company to stay active in industry. Reasons fawned upon

1.Cut in associate leading to bad customer service

2.Deviating from company’s core values

3.Employees support as many families member are being laid off

4.Cut leading to demoralising and demotivating for other members leading company to perform badly

5.Hurting investors and customer due to cut offs.

Thus purview from the above, the company as an whole needs to stay strong in this tough time and act
and work with utmost priority given to customer and within time we will get over together.

Thanks, and Regards,

Robin Astrigo – CEO “Astrigo” PR Team.
