Remarks of Circles for Civil & Electrical work at main DC and DR sites under phase-IX.

1. Chandigarh:

Electrical Works
a) Layout drawing is subjected to be revised as mini DC is planned at Manimajra.
b) DG set: Existing DG set is sufficient to take the load at this stage, however the existing DG
sets are life expired and NGT has issued the notice. So new DG is required as early as
possible.

2. Kolkata:

Electrical Work
a) Package AC: 50 % work completed and Package AC expected by the end of this week. Work
will be complete by 15.09.2023
b) DG Set: 2nd Tender- 4 Bidder participated, Technical bid under evaluation. Existing DG sets
are sufficient to take the load of Main DC equipment.
c) VESDA, Gas suppression: Sanction received on 02.08.23. 70 % 60% work respectively has
been completed and remaining will be completed by 15.09.23.
d) CCTV & Access control: Work awarded on 11.08.23. 70 % work completed and remaining
will be completed by 15.09.23.
e) EI Work (MV Panel & LT Cables): MV Panel is expected to be delivered at site on 11.09.23.
LT cables received at site.
f) For Split AC (for PP & BB room): AC units are expected to be delivered at site on
11.09.2023.
3. Jaipur:

Civil Works:
a) Vinyl Flooring: Vinyl flooring work will start after removal of existing old package AC and will
be completed within 02 days after removal of old package AC.

4. Odisha:
Electrical Work:
a) DG Set: Foundation Completed. Equipment can be power on with existing sets in
emergency.
b) For CCTV and access control door: Tender called third time due to the failure of earlier
tender. Now work order has been issued on 21.08.23 work will be completed by 20.09.2023.

Civil Work:
a) False Flooring: Shall be taken up after completion of False Ceiling and fixing of electrical
fittings. Likely to be started w.e.f 13.09.2023.
b) Vinyl Flooring: Will be done at the end.
c) Final painting to be done after false flooring, false ceiling and completion of all electrical
fittings.

5. Pune:
Electrical Work (DC Site):
a) AC Package: 70 % work has been completed. AC packages received on site on 30.08.23.
b) DG Set: Work order issued on 07.8.23. Foundation work is yet to be completed by Civil wing.
However existing DG sets are sufficient to take the load of DC main equipment and work will
be completed by 06.10.23.
 c) Gas Suppression & VESDA: For Gas suppression system, GAS is imported item &
procurement is in process by Vendor. VESDA is WIP along with the Gas suppression work.
d) CCTV & Access Control: Only doors to be installed.
Civil Works (DC Site):
a) Vinyl Flooring & Access Door Control: These are finished items and will be done after
completion of painting work.
NMS: Layout Drawing has been approved and estimates are under preparation by Civil wing.
Revised layout drawing of NMS is still under approval at Circle as the confirmation from TCS is
awaited as informed CM planning,

6. Ahmedabad (Gujrat):

Electrical Work:
a) VESDA, Gas Suppression, and CCTV & Access Control: VESDA, Gas suppression, CCTV &
Access control work not proceeds due to SAP PO issue.
Civil Work:
a) Face lifting: Revised tender called for the building maintenance and whitewash work etc.
Work order for the face lifting work issued on 21.08.23.

7. Hyderabad (Telangana):
Civil Work (DR Site)
a) False Ceiling: Grid work completed, Tiles are ready and will be laid after completion of
Electrical & clearance from TCS work to avoid damage.
b) Vinyl Flooring: PP & Battery room, material is ready vinyl flooring work will be completed in 3
days after completion of Electrical work & TCS work to avoid damage.
c) Face lifting: Other work completed, Vitrified tile work will be taken up at the end after
equipment delivery.
Electrical Work (NMS-DR)

a) AC Package: Tender for package AC called on 26.08.23, will be opened on 12.09.2023 and
work order is expected to be given on 16.09.2023. Work will be completed by 30.09.23.
b) CCTV and Access Control: CCTV cameras fixed and commissioned. Access control will be
commissioned after provision of door stoppers by Civil Wing.
c) EI work: Wiring works in NMS completed partially by deviating quantities in existing
agreement. Balance works, will be taken up after finalization of new tender. Work Order will
be issued by 13.09.2023.
Civil Work (NMS-DR)

a) False Flooring: Estimate submitted on 02-09-2023. Removal of damaged and Repairing of

False flooring in progress. False flooring for NMS hall will be taken separately after Tender
as the false flooring is new and to be laid at three different levels
b) Partitioning: Dismantling of existing partition completed. Material send for powder coating,
expected on 11.09.23. New Partitioning will start from 12-09-2023 and will be completed
25.09.23.
c) Face Lifting: For provision of office for GM/DGM/AGM/SDEs and other staff office in front
side, Toilet renovation & ground lobby. A/A & E/S accorded on 10.08.2023, Work order
issued on 11-08-2023. Dismantling of partition completed, Brick work & Toilet renovation is
WIP. Time period is 45 days.
8. Trichy:
a) CCTV and Access Control Door: Work Order has been issued and installation will be started
later after completion of civil and electrical work
