 In charge of all aspects of re-starting the Rosia Poieni Porphyry Copper Mine,
managing the engineering geology/mining department.
 Development of the mining models and plans for the Rosia Poieni and
Moldova Noua mines.
 Coordination of the geological, mining and processing aspects of the
operations on a daily basis, creating mining schedules and plans, overseeing
the exploration activity in and around the two mining operations.
 Coordinating the feasibility study activities with the external consultants.
 Assessing investment potential of various copper projects throughout Africa,
with emphasis on DRC, Congo, Central African Republic , Botswana and
Guinea.

the mining activity in the Bor-Majdanpek mining district.
 Negotiation of technical aspects and plans with the Serbian Government. The
take-over was unsuccessful as Serbian government failed to respect its
commitments.

Position: Project Manager
Responsibilities and tasks:
 Involved in the successful IPO of Ore-Leave Inc. on the Toronto Stock Exchange
(later to become Carpathian Gold Inc), tasks including assessment and evaluation
of the company properties, preparing the prospectus for the IPO.
 Management of the Oravita License exploration program in Western Romania
(soil survey programs, rock chip sampling, detail mapping, geophysical surveying,
drilling). Project management activity includes geological activity oversight and
coordinating on a daily basis, management of the field team , budgeting and
accounting (management of expenditures and costs driven by the project
operation, adding up to some 1,500,000 USD/pa) and reporting (annual and
quarterly reports) to both shareholders and Romanian authorities.
 Field activity in Senegal, Guinea, Mali, Gabon, Ghana and Central African
Republic on SAMAX Services / AXMIN Licences involving assessment of
prospective properties, managing the geological mapping, rock and soil sampling,
design and supervision of drilling programs (both diamond drill core and RC with
a total of some 36,000 m), management of field teams, budgeting, accounting and
reporting on an annual and quarterly basis.

Position: Project/Exploration Manager, activity in the Republic of
Congo, Hungary, Slovakia and Romania.
Responsibilities and tasks:
 Project Manager in the Dimonika Licence, Republic of Congo (May 1996-July
1997) managing the geological activity, budgets, human resources management for
teams of up to 120 field technicians and reporting on a quarterly and annual basis;
Involved in the successful IPO of SAMAX GOLD INC.
 Exploration Manager in Romania, identifying and assessing several potential gold
exploration areas in Romania, setting up the infrastructure and legal basis for
exploration in Romania for Carpathian Gold Ltd.
