We are pleased to offer you the position of Training Manager for Franchise module subject
to the following terms and conditions. In this role, you will be required to take full
ownership over the product life cycle, understand distributor needs through market data
and own and shape the backlog, roadmap and vision of one cross-functional product team.

The starting salary will be 5,06,000 lakhs annually. As an employee of the company you are
also eligible for our benefits program, which includes medical insurance and term cover.
Details will be mentioned in the appointment letter.

Your employment with the company will be on an at-will basis, which means you and the
company are free to terminate the employment relationship at any time for any reason. This
letter is not a contract or guarantee of employment for a definite amount of time.
