    The hydraulic system of a bowl cleaning machine was tested for M/S MECON LIMITED. The system was pressurized to 120 bars continuously for 10 minutes and 180 bars for 5 minutes, as specified. During testing, all valve and pipe fitting joints were checked for leaks. No leaks were found from the system and it passed inspection.

    DURING TESTING

    The above bowl cleaning machine’s hydraulic system was tested based on the hydraulic circuit
    as specified with Continuous working pressure 120 Bar and Test Pressure 180 Bar. Test pressure
    was hold for 5 minutes and the system tested with working pressure for 10 minutes.

    During pressure testing checked all the interfaces of valves and pipe fitting joints. Also checked the
    items specification fitted on the system. Found no leakage from the system.
