Job Description

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• The ideal candidate will create and maintain a strong online presence for our clients. They will
implement online marketing strategies through social media accounts in an effort to increase brand
awareness, engagement, reach...etc.
• Additionally, this individual will understand the target audience and create an appropriate strategy
to reach this group.
• Essentially, as a social media specialist you are expected to meet with the client, get the brief from
them, understand their needs, create the plan in the office, communicate with the creative team
and at the end of the process, you are expected to write captions and send it back to the client.
• Your job will entail a lot of video shoots (with a videographer from the team), ideations,
brainstorming.
• You will not be doing the above alone, you will always have someone assisting you throughout the
whole process. Social media job is a team effort and at MC we honor that greatly.
• In terms of working hours, the official working hours are from 9 am - 6 pm, but as you are aware,
we sometimes have to stay overtime in order to deliver our work on time.
