So, bullying and cyberbullying have had a detrimental effect on individuals physically or

mentally. This raises the question of why this problem arises and remains insoluble. Considering
this doubt, it maybe because of one’s skin color, weight, gender and so on. However, bullies is
the main trouble in this case. They may see it as a way to gain popularity and fit in with a group
of friends or clique. As a result, these kids succumb to peer pressure in order to be accepted at
school, even when it goes against their better judgment. Furthermore, they think it is just a
harmless joke and do it many times, therefore having trouble empathizing with those bullied.
Actually, bullies’ behavior often stems from their personal experience. According to scientific
research, bullies tend to have less caring parents, to be less excited about school and more
depressed, anxious. They also have trouble controlling emotions and following rules. Of many
types of bullying, cyberbullying is the most serious issue. However, it may be even more
appealing as it allows bullies to perpetuate agression and mean behaviour anonymously by
setting fake accounts or profiles. Cyberbullies never see their victims’ reactions and might not
realize how much damage they have done. Similar to bullying, people also cyberbully to climb
the social ladder at school, gain some social power or diminish the social status of others via the
Internet. The problem’s persistent existence is to be blamed on the parents’ lack of attention
towards their child, who might either be a bullier or a casualty. Some people don’t show much
care when their child mentions the problem they’re suffering, usually owing to the lack of
connection, love, or care between them. Another point is that bullies use money and power to
intimidate the ones being bullied and corrupt the witnesses to keep it a secret. That also makes
it difficult for parents, schools, and society to know what is happening. But even so, society still
hasn’t had any strict rules or measures to prevent bullying.
