    Dear Ms.

    Dziyana Ebelashvili,

    I am writing to clarify the 2 (unsatisfactory) grade that I received for lack of homework.

    This assessment seems to be unfair because the homework I had done was eaten by my dog just
    before I left for class. I had no opportunity to complete all these tasks again because it was
    unexpected . I did not have enough time for this. I am sorry for this situation. It will not happen
    again.
    I wonder if it is possible to delete this note or improve it in some way. I would be really grateful for
    any of these possibilities.
