PREAMBLE
Whereas, we are mandated by Christ Himself, equipped by nature
and protected by the Church Law- our role as the foundation of the
Church for today and the future is clearly set out in the Constitution of
Cherubim and Seraphim Movement Church (Ayo Ni O) World-wide
which shall hereinafter be referred to as the ‘’CHURCH.’’

Whereas the entire youth members of the Church having become

conscious of the grace of God upon our Church with the eternal covenant
between God and Elder Moses Orimolade Tunolase of blessed memory
and the great works needed to be done to sustain this grace, we have a
defined place in the overall ministry and life of the Church at large
which to live our vocation and exercise our youth apostolate.

We are mindful of the fact that based on our incorporation into

Christ through baptism, we are individually called in our own way to
participate in the priestly, prophetic and kingly mission of Christ which
is entrusted to the Church to be fulfilled in the world.

We, the Youth Fellowship, Lagos/Ogun Area of the Cherubim and

Seraphim Movement Church (Ayo Ni O) World-wide which shall
hereinafter be referred to as ‘’Youth Fellowship’’, this day, make for
ourselves and those that come after us, this Godly inspired Bye-Law to
guide us in our fellowship, teachings and in worship under one Lord, One
Shepherd, One Baptism and One Faith.

May God help us. Amen.
