A manufacturing facility that produces High Calcium Pebble and Hydrated Lime from limestone.
The company operates two rotary kilns with an annual production rate of 225,000 tons of
Calcium Oxide and a Lime Hydrator. The plant ships products throughout the country under the
brand names : Western High Cal Pebble Lime and Western Cal Hydrated Lime Pure.

Perform management duties including but not limited to project engineer-manageing of the
implementation, installation, comissioning, and write PLC programming of plant
operations related to the projects as required. Extensive work with VFD, Anolog Drives,
Assist in overall maintenance of the plant especially during scheduled shutdowns as well
as facilitaing plant shutdowns. Help facilitate root cause analysis with operators and
maintenance in relation to repetitive issues. Provide technical plans and drawings of the
equipment or set of equipment, parts and process arrangements using CAD, and to
preserve said drawings appropriately for future retrieval and use,
Maintaining proper working condition and maintenance of Screw and belt conveyors, bucket
elevators, Screeners, Hydraulics, Kilns, Hydrators, and Bagging Systems
Machining and Machinist job duties including but not limited to the operation of CNC Lathes,
