- Matt Gregory training this evening.

- Shawn Steacy was emailed the inspection report for the Certificate of Positive Analysis
on the horse Dance With Tabby. A Review will be set up with Mr. Steacy.

RACES

Race 1 – Inquiry – Reviewed racing at the half between #2 Wall Street Bell (Travis Henry),
#6 Last Call Gerome (Jason Ryan) and #8 Hignett (Daryl Thiessen). #2 does not cause
any confusion while on the lead. Mr. Ryan stated his horse ran off a little while in the hole
and as a result he moved him to the open stretch passing lane to avoid the wheel of #8. #6
was charted with interference; no placings were needed.

Race 4 – Inquiry – Reviewed possible broken equipment on #4 Delightful Magic (Paul
MacKenzie) before the start. The front tower shows #4 suffers a broken hopple before the
start; charted with an EX and pulled up at the half. Refund $2,749.

Race 5 – All Clear

Race 6 – Reviewed the second quarter set (:27.3, :58.3) by #3 Mister Big Top (Paul
MacKenzie). The Panel did not feel Mr. MacKenzie was in violation of AGCO Rule
22.05.01(k) as horses were advancing on the outside and challenging the leader.

- Spoke to James Bailey (#2 R Thinking Monster) about his urging in the stretch.
