Hi everyone:

We will have a meeting next Monday, April 17 from 15:00 to 18:00 in the company's meeting
room.

All employees of the above departments are expected to attend. The purpose of the meeting is
for our team to find the best company to do the work and compare the investment costs to
the money saved. As you have probably already heard we want to install solar panels on the
roof of the factory, this time I think is the best time to do it, since the neighboring companies
almost all have them installed and it can be a great saving for our company.

We will deal mainly with these topics, but any other situation may also be presented in order
to clarify it.

So I encourage you to start looking for the best company for this investment, and take some
proposals to the meeting.
