Dear Cartier recruitment team,

I am writing to express my strong interest in the Client Experience Coordinator position at

Cartier. I heard about the advertised position through Glassdoor, and I am excited about the
opportunity to contribute my skills and expertise to the team.

As a recent International Business Management graduate moving to Toronto from Edinburgh,

I believe that I harbour the type of knowledge and skillset to succeed and thrive in this
program at Cartier, as well as an international perspective throughout numerous areas, which
has allowed me to develop abundant interpersonal skills among many different groups of
people across different cultures and backgrounds and to continuously work to hone my
written and verbal communication abilities, alongside a great interest in the luxury retail
market. I consider myself to be a creative problem solver and have a great eye for detail, as
well as a driven individual who loves learning new things and taking on challenging projects.
I also am someone who works very adeptly when change is involved, which I know to be a
very important capability to retain when dealing with high volumes of customers and looking
to proficiently close sale deals and ensure all cornerstones of the client experience are being
achieved.

I am incredibly interested in this position as it will allow me to gain real-world experience in

an enriching and knowledgeable atmosphere, cultivate my capabilities, and push myself to do
better for the greater benefit of not only myself but for the company itself - making a real
difference and impact in any way I can. Additionally, this role boasts a host of valuable areas
for learning in an educational sense – to understand more about the industry and its facets -
and to gain hands-on experience with opportunities to be taught continuously, being able to
actively lend my skills to support the satisfaction of customers and work to ensure goals
within the team are being met.

Taking what I have learnt through my years at university and exposure in my previous
experience to incorporate with the knowledge I hope to learn from this opportunity and
enhance my aptitude over many aspects, all of which are to be greatly valued throughout the
industry and the real-world experience gives me a deeper insight into what to expect when
looking to continue my career.
