DEED OF WAIVER AND TRANSFER OF RIGHTS

Know All Men By These Presents:

That this contract is executed this 9th day of October, 2019, at Trece Martires City, Cavite, by and
between:

MS. BRECILDA CABANDOG PALACIO, Filipino, of legal age, single and resident of Blk. 66 Lot 10,
Package 3, Sunshine Ville, Brgy. Cabuco, Trece Martires CIty, Cavite, herein referred to as FIRST PARTY;

- And –

MS. RHEA JESSA RIOTA BORJA married to JIMMY ABRAHAM BORJA, Filipino, of legal age and
resident of Blk 9 Lot 43 Happy Homes, Fairview, Sinagtala St., Magang Daet, Camarines Norte 4600,
herein referred to as SECOND PARTY.

- WITNESSETH –

WHEREAS, the FIRST PARTY is the original owner of a house and lot located at Blk. 66 Lot 10,
Package 3, Sunshine Ville, Brgy. Cabuco, Trece Martires CIty, particularly described as follow:

“A house and lot located at Blk. 66 Lot 10

Package 3, Sunshine Ville, Brgy. Cabuco, Trece Martires
City, Cavite, covered by Entry Pass No. 438956 dated
October 28, 2014, with an area of approximately
FORTY (40) SQUARE METERS more or less”

WHEREAS, the FIRST PARTY, do hereby VOLUNTARILY and WILLINGLY WAIVED, TRANSFER and
CONVEY all their rights and interest over the above described property in favor of the SECOND PARTY,
their heirs, assigns and executors.

IN WITNES WHEREOF, we have here unto set our hands this 9th day of October, 2019 at Trece
Martires City, Cavite.
