Roles & Responsibilities - Executive Operations
Coordinate with Healthcare Units ( Hospitals/Clinics etc) and their doctors to ensure
100% completion of appointments
Work with Units to on-board and update Doctor profiles as and where required
To be well versed with Apollo 24|7 platforms
Adhere and align with all management targets - Driving KRA volume/ revenue targets
as shared by superiors
Collect and report data and share MIS with seniors
Training and collecting feedback from Unit level Operations team and doctors on all
new enhancements on our app and web
Help coordinate and connect with Technical teams to resolve unit level issues
Problem resolution of all complaints (Patients, Units and Consultants) and ensuring
good customer experience.
Meet personal targets and work towards meeting team targets.
Maintain records of the conversations with the customer and analyse the data.
Attend mandatory training sessions to stay updated on product or company policy
changes
- Prior experience with Hospital customer service, Front office and call centres in relevant job
roles preferred
- Freshers may also be considered and must be committed to work for minimum 2yrs
- Must know Hindi and English and should be good in communicating as well.
- Customer oriented attitude with professionalism.
- Strong multitasking, time management, and target achieving skills.
- Must be available to work some holidays and weekends (Remote and on site)
- Must have basic knowledge of computers and mobile apps usage
- Must have minimum Beginners level of Ms Excel and Ms PowerPoint
- Must have excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
