 Commonly Found PreDCR Drafting Issues

1 Project Title not found in drawing.

Sol. Insert in following format :Predcr<< Insert<<Project Tittle

2 Ramp not found in Ground/Stilt floor .

Sol. Insert in following format: Predcr<< Assign Name<< Ramp Name

Each room poly must have a Window opening overlapped

3 with it.

4 Splay :Entity is supposed to inside one of following entities

Insert in following format :draw splay on '_splay' layer for corner of

5 Compound wall not found in drawing. .

Closed polyline of compound wall to be drawn on this layer

Draw a rectangle in _Floor n section layer and mark it as plinth
Sol. (don't mark as plint floor)

12 How to mark ventilation shafts for cellar floor

In parking floor ,insert windows with respect to ventilation
Sol. percentage

13 PlotAbuttingDetails layer not found in drawing.

Insert in following format :draw PlotAbuttingDetails on
Sol. '_PlotAbuttingDetails' layer

Commercial use must be having _CommBUAOutline marked

Draw a CommBUAOutline as a closed polyline which is the area
covered by a building on all the floors.This FAR polyline measurely
Sol. used for commercial use bldg.

When Contour Plan is block Predcr cannot read so don’t insert in

Sol. tenements poly inside on that floor.

Mark a rectangle in a section under the staircase layer and Mark
Sol. as staircase.

34 Machine Room not found in section

Insert in following format :Predcr<< Mark << Lift<<Lift Machine

35 Column Not found

Sol. draw Column using '_Coloumn' layer

36 First floor should not intersect with second floor

Sol. Make sure endpoints of both floors connect properly

Sol. Insert in following format :Predcr<< Insert <<Direction Ref circles

48 How to Assign Ramp

Insert in following format: Predcr<< Assign Name<<Ramp name
and select the type of ramp as per proposal and give respective
dimensions

49 How to mark Access Road

Insert in following format :Predcr>> Mark>> MainRoad <<Access
Road
0.0m Width 00.00m Length Road

50 Marking rule for mortgage

Mortgage cant be marked in Common areas such as
lifts/balconies/passages/staircase
