Acknowledgment: Show courtesy to thank the people and organisations for the help received. Table of content. Introduction: What is the topic about, and why was the topic chosen? Problem statement, research question. Background information: Scientific concepts, principles, laws and information on the topic. Do no forget to insert intext citation (of the sources from where you have taken the information). Hypothesis, independent variable, dependent variable and control variable: hypothesis statement in ‘If……then…’ format, brief explanation of the hypothesis and all the variables. Methodology: Methods of data collection – sampling, tools used, etc., data sorting. Mention the materials used, detailed procedure and safety issues. Data analysis: Data tabulation (data collected from at least 4 sources), data processing, findings, etc., presented in a logical order with illustrations, photographs, and drawings(graphs) where appropriate and necessary to support the findings. Conclusion: Reflection of the findings, explanation on how or why your hypothesis was supported or rejected, learner’s experiences and opinions regarding the project. Bibliography: List of at least 5 references (sources of the information) in APA style Appendix: all relevant data, observation table, sketches, photographs, official letters, etc.
Alignment and font
Font should be in Times New Roman.
Font size should be 12. Align the main heading in the centre and sub-headings to the left. You can bold and use upper case. The components given in the format should be on fresh page. For example, do not write conclusion and bibliography on the same page. Do not give page number to the cover page.
