the current layout and management of parking plots around the city center of Groningen
city impact accessibility to the city center for impaired citizens. This analysis is based on: (1)
Collected data through secondary sources, including maps and imagery of the city center, as
well as official planning reports by the Municipality of Groningen (including the VCP). (2)
Secondary data through in-field observations around four selected parking spots (Q park
Westerhaven, Q park Rademarkt, Interparking Centrum, Parkegarage Forum). This section is
divided into two sections. First, we will discuss the result of the macro analysis based on two
gis analyses (buffer map and walking distance map); Second, we will discuss the result of the
micro analysis based on the car parking inclusivity condition
