Shutter door & Smoke/Fire curtain PPM (3-Year AMC)
SP to provide a 3-year non-comprehensive PPM for below shutters doors & fire
curtains, AMC shall cover & attends to emergency calls or breakdowns. SP to
inform/notify EA for any parts replacement.

Roller Shutter door PPM Scope of work:

1. Operation of shutter door (switch, power & system)
2. Shutter slats
3 3. Chain & drive unit
4. Manual operations
5. Fire Alarm connections

Smoke & Fire curtains PPM scope of work:

1. KENT group controller inspection
2. KENT motor controller inspection
3. Curtain operator
4 4. Bottom bar
5. Curtain fabric
6. Manual operation
7. Fire Alarm connections

5 SP to conduct PPM in all shutter doors & fire/smoke curtain as per the standards & regulations.

6 SP to comply on KPI, provide checklist, reports, status & recommendations.

FIXED PRICE TOTAL (AED):

NOTE:
1. PPM & reactive maintenance to be discussed & scheduled with EA team.
2. Site visit/inspection is a must to see the actual equipment.
