Rental Agreement

This rental agreement is made at Bangalore on this 1st May 2022 by between:

Mrs. Rayapureddy Archana, Resident at 181, 7 th Cross, Head Master Layout, Chandapura, Banglore-
560099. Hereinafter called as the Owner, the terms owner shall mean and include his heirs, legal
representatives, administrators, nominees, executors and assigns etc., of the one part.

Mr, Suresh. G ,C/o Girayappa S G , # 20 M Srinivas Building, SLN Temple Road kuntlu reddy L/o Jigani,
Banglore -560105. Hereinafter referred to as the TENENT of the other part above.

Consisting of more fully described in the schedule and the tenant approached the owner let out
premises on rental basis to be used his residence on the following terms and condition.

1. The During of the tenancy period shall be for a period of 11 months commencing from 01-05-
2022 the tenancy period can be renewed or extended by mutually consent of both parties. With
enhancement of 5% increase in the existing rent.
2. Rent payable by the tenant for said premises is 8,000/- (Rupees Eight thousand only) per month,
and water charge is 200/- which is to be paid before 5th of every month without fail.
3. The tenant has paid an advance amount of 35,000/- (Rupees thirty five thousands) as security
deposit. Advance amount will be refund by the owner without any interest at the time of
vacating. No advance amount will be refunded if tenant vacate within the agreement period.
4. Incase tenant wants to vacate or owner wants their premises, both the parties should inform
each other be giving notice for two month in advance.
5. The tenant shall pay the Electricity changes separately to the concerned authorities regularly.
6. The scheduled property shall be used by tenant for residence purpose only.
7. The tenant shall keep the premises in good condition and shall not cause any damages to the
premises. In case any damage is causes, then the repair changes to be paid by the tenant.
8. The tenant should pay one month rent as the paining and cleaning changes at the time of
vacating.

The schedule resident premises bearing premises situated at 181, 7 th Cross, Head Master Layout,
Chandapura, Banglore-560099.

Consisting of 2 BHK (Ground Floor) with water, electricity facilities fitting: 2 No Ward Robes, 6 No CFL
bulbs, 3 No Fans, 1 No Geyser, 1 No Pooja case, 1 No Exhaust Fan, 1 No Kitchen Cupboard set, 3 No
mosquito netted window doors

IN WITHNESSES WHEREOF the parties have affixes their signature to this rent agreement on the day,
