I. Introduction
 Rationale:
Brgy. Guintarcan is a small and peaceful island, where its
residences work together specially whenever natural calamities
occur. Father’s, son’s, uncles, and even grandpa’s work together
to place their boats to safety, whenever it is announced in the
television that a particular storm will come across our island or
region.
This is one of the concerns or the problem of Brgy.
Guintarcan, they have to carry their boats to the streets so it
would not be ruined by the storm, and it’s not only the boats that
is concerned why we made this project proposal, but also those
residences of Brgy. Guintarcan that lives on the sea sides, they
are the main reason as to why this proposal is made.
Whenever a storm comes across our island specially a
strong storm, the residences of Guintarcan that lives on the sea
sides has to evacuate to the school or to any other house to
ensure their safety against the storm, while they are in a safe
place their minds are not fully at peace because they know that
their house and the things they left on it will gradually or might
be ruined.
This is the main reason we made this project proposal, we
want to build a Seawall so that whenever there are storm
threatening our island, the damages that the storm will give to
our poor residences houses or boats won’t be as bad as before.
Objectives:
Building Seawall in Brgy. Guintarcan to lessen the
damages of storms to the houses residence that lives on the sea
sides, and that residence of guintarcan won’t have to carry their
boats all the way to the street of guintarcan or to any other
places just to ensure their boats safety.

Benefits:
This project will be very beneficial to all residence in Brgy.
Guintarcan. So that the residences of Brgy. Guintarcan wouldn’t
necessarily evacuate to school or any other houses or if they do
evacuate they wouldn’t worry too much on the safety of their
house.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Methodology
-Preparation for the approval of Budget (1 month).
-Bidding from the people who will be making the project (3
weeks).
-Have a meeting with the barangay official to decide what
contractor company will be making the project (2 to 3days).
-Actual construction of the said project (1 year).
