In my opinion, I agree more than I disagree. Sitting for a long time makes the body deteriorate and

to enjoy crunchy snacks that are not nutritious but full of sodium. which puts stress on human
kidneys and makes human kidneys work hard. When the body deteriorates and becomes ill, we
should get up and walk out of the seating area for at least an hour. It's still good to get up and find
something useful to eat. or should stretch the muscles Let the brain know that our body has
