    around. The key to this is how
    you treat people
    2 Poor Financials

    If you don't know your


    numbers you are just
    guessing.
    3 Firing People
    Slowly
    Only work with A players.
    Remove any non A players
    from your team quickly. Most
    owners take too long to fire.
    4 No Vision

    What are you trying to build?


    Why? Without this, you will
    become lost fast
