HOUSE RULES

1. Bayari ang binulan nga abang, tubig ug kuryente before or


sa mismong adlaw nga due.
Pay Monthly Utilities and Rent on time.

2. I-maintain nga limpyo ang gawas ug sulod nga lugar sa


tanan nga panahon.
Maintain outside and inside premises to be clean at all times.

3. Panghinlo permi sa CR.


Always keep the restroom clean.

4. Bawal manigarilyo.
No Smoking.

5. Dili magsaba-saba after 10PM.


No Loud Noises after 10 PM.

6. Tarongon ug hipos ang mga butang nga makasugod ug


kayo.
Store Flammable Hazards properly.

7. Pagngon tanan kuryente before mo-biya sa kwarto.


Turn off all electrical devices when leaving the room.

8. Bawal ang mga illegal nga bulohaton (i.e. drugs, firearms,


gambling)
Illegal Activities are not allowed sama sa drugas, pagtago sa illegal nga
pusil, ug sugal.

Agreement
The tenant agrees to the following:
1. Any breach or violation of any provision of this agreement by Tenant(s) or any untrue or
misleading information in Tenant(s)’s application shall give the Owner(s) the right to terminate this
contract, evict the Tenant(s) and to take possession of the residence. The Tenant(s) agrees to a
forfeiture of the security deposit and Owner(s) may still pursue any remaining amounts due and
owing.
2. Tenant(s) accepts the "AS IS" condition of the property, and agrees to notify Owner(s) of any
defects. Tenant(s) further agrees to indemnify or assure Owner(s) against any loss or liability
arising out of Tenant(s)’s use of the property.
3. Tenant(s) agrees to maintain the premises during the period of this agreement.
4. Tenant(s) accepts premises in its current state of cleanliness and agrees to return it in a like
condition.
5. Tenant(s) agrees not to remove or alter in any way Owner(s)’s property without first requesting
permission from the Owner(s).
6. The Tenant(s) should contact the Owner(s) for emergencies or for urgent and major repairs
7. Release of Security Deposit is subject to provisions as follows:
a. No damage or deterioration is evident to the premises including the tiled floors, wall
paints, beds, faucets, electrical wirings.
b. The entire dwelling (room) is clean and left free of insects, and all debris and garbage
have been removed from the property; walls, ceilings and floors are cleaned and left
odorless. Cleaning Charge of Php 500 will be deducted if the rental property is not
returned clean. Other necessary repair, painting or damage charges may be deducted
from deposit.xx
c. Any and all unpaid charges have been paid in full.
d. Keys are returned.
8. The Tenant(s) agrees to follow and abide by the house rules.

consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in this Statement.
Furthermore, you confirm that you agree to the set terms of house rules and agreement.

Property owner reserves the right to amend or revoke rules or regulations, in whole or part, or to adopt new ones, at any time or from time to time, and all such
amendments, revocations, or new rules shall become a part of this lease/rental agreement as of their effective date.

Violation of the rules and regulations, or any part of them, will be just cause to invoke the remedies provided for in the lease/rental agreement. Any notice regarding
amending or revoking any of the rules and regulations in whole or in part, or to adopt new ones, shall be effective upon notice delivered to the tenant, or, if necessary,
posted in a place likely to be seen by the tenant.
