The College of Arts and Sciences-Local Council will participate in the coming intramurals
entitled Palarong Wesleyan 2023 on March 15 - 18, 2023. In part of this participation, the
council would shoulder the food, sportswear, and other expenses the CAS representatives and
players may need in the said event.

With this, may we, the College of Arts and Sciences-Local Council request you to kindly
approve and release the amount of ₱ to be deducted from the Departmental Fee for the
proposed annual budget. Attached to this letter is the proposed budget for the said activity.
