Karanja Industries Pvt Ltd is very cognizant of the needs of the staff and does it best to keep the training to its workers. Most of the employees focus on increasing team work and leadership skill. The main purpose of the study was to evaluate the effectiveness of the training programme provided by the company. The training programmes were very useful and unavoidable for the organization and contributed positively for its growth. At the end of the study, it was found that the employees of the company were satisfied but not highly satisfied with the training programme provided by the company. So the company has to improve their training infrastructure and the techniques to make it more effective.
