Findings suggestions and conclusion


Findings
 The maximum employees are opined company conduct training and development
programme on half yearly bases.
 Maximum respondents have attended 3 to 4 times training sessions.
 Most of the respondents trainer always ready to clear the doubts regarding the
topic.
 The majority of respondents during the training sessions, the job conditions must be
redesigned.
 The majority of respondents stated that the training programme improved their
work efficiency.
 Company assesses the impact of training based on employees performance level.
 Maximum respondents are said yes, to enhance their pay or promotion after each
training programme.
 Training session involve both theory concepts and practical concepts.
 It was clear that schedule of training program in KIPL is more in midsession.
 It was found that the training equipment is well equipped in the KIPL.
 It observed that the overall training programs are excellent.
Suggestions
 Provide extensive training in order to improve interpersonal relationships.
 Staff should try to participate actively in training programmes.
 Training by interacting with person level is the right way to enhance the
performance.
 Increase training efficiency to a superior extends improves high performance
enlargement.
 Provide employees motivation programs and other training programs for the
development towards profit making.
 Give compute-based training to the employees once in every three months.
 Skill based training or product training should be provided.
 The training should be practical ant theoretical based to improve their skills.
 Company should make provision for workers training and development in the form
of counselling or mentoring.
Conclusion
A project have learning experience for me. I learned about Karanja Rubber Industries Pvt.
Ltd. training programmes. To keep workers motivated in Karanja Rubbe Industries,
additional training and development are required. Karanja Industries Pvt Ltd is very
cognizant of the needs of the staff and does it best to keep the training to its workers. Most
of the employees focus on increasing team work and leadership skill. The main purpose of
the study was to evaluate the effectiveness of the training programme provided by the
company. The training programmes were very useful and unavoidable for the organization
and contributed positively for its growth. At the end of the study, it was found that the
employees of the company were satisfied but not highly satisfied with the training
programme provided by the company. So the company has to improve their training
infrastructure and the techniques to make it more effective.
