Changing Landscape of Corporate Governance
and Sustainability: Walking the Talk
The Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, Centre for
Corporate Governance and Sustainability will be hosting an
International Conference on “Changing Landscape of
Corporate Governance and Sustainability: Walking
the Talk” on 12th and 13th January 2024 at the IIM
Bangalore Campus, Bangalore, India. This conference Chief Guest
assumes greater significance as the Centre celebrates
its 20th Year, which is coinciding with the “Golden
Jubilee Year” of IIM Bangalore.

Conference Objectives
• To provide a venue for stimulating discussions and dialogues
centering around the changing landscape of Corporate Governance,
trends and challenges
• To foster research, where academicians, researchers and students
can come together and deliberate their research ideas and
opportunities in the areas of governance and sustainability.

Submissions should be original and complete manuscripts in English
and in PDF format. They should begin with a title page that includes the
names, e-mail addresses, and affiliations of all authors as well as a 200-
word abstract and keywords. A blind PDF copy of the paper should also
accompany the submission. All the submitted papers will be reviewed
by a panel of Conference Committee Members.

The Centre for Corporate Governance and
Sustainability (CCGS) at IIM Bangalore was
launched in 2003 as a platform for two-way
debate and sharing of ideas between academics
and practitioners. The Centre has engaged with
board and senior executives and helped create
the highest standards of corporate governance,
sustainability and responsible business practices,
in private, public, civil society, and not-for-profit
sectors of business, commercial, civic, and social
activities.
