21st ANNUAL CONVOCATION

NOTIFICATION

1. 21st Annual Convocation of the University for the Conferment of Bachelor,

Master, M.Phil. and Ph.D. degrees on successful candidates are likely to be held
during February, 2024. The actual date and time will be intimated through the
website and daily news papers in due course.
2. The candidates who registered for the courses during the academic year
2020 - 2022 for all PG, B.Ed., B.Ed. Spl. courses, 2019 - 2022 for MCA / LL.B
(3 yrs) / B. Vocational courses, 2017 - 2022 for IBT / IFT / LL.B (5 yrs) courses
and 2018 - 2022 for B.Tech. / B.Pharmacy and earlier year students those who
have not applied for previous notifications are eligible for admission to the above
Convocation.

3. The candidates declared eligible for the award of M.Phil./Ph.D. degrees upto
September,2023 are eligible for admission to the above Convocation.

4. The candidate who desires to attend the Convocation and receive the above
Degrees ‘IN PERSON’ may apply for ‘IN PERSON’. The candidates who are
not able to attend the Convocation and admitted for ‘IN ABSENTIA’, their
Degrees will be sent by Registered Post after the Convocation is over.
5. The candidates who are eligible for receiving Medals and Book / Cash prizes
shall be admitted to the Convocation under IN PERSON only.

6. The candidates who have already received their Degrees under ‘In Advance’
category need not apply again for In Person or In Absentia degree.
7. The eligible candidates who intend to receive their degrees at the above
Convocation, may download the application forms through the University
Website www.spmvv.ac.in

8. The filled in application forms along with the enclosures (attested copies)
including D.D. shall be submitted in person or by post to the Dean of
Examinations, Sri Padmavati Mahila Visvavidyalayam, Tirupati so as to reach on
or before 20.11.2023 by 5.00 p.m. (1 month from the date of notification)

The University is not responsible for any postal delay or loss in transit.
The convocation may be held during February, 2024. But the application received
after the above said last date shall stand rejected automatically.
