2. If the pilgrims fail to avail the accommodation in stipulated timeslot and date, the booking itself will get expire and no
consideration will be made in any circumstances.
3. The Pilgrim should produce the original ID proof at the time of availing the Accommodation.
4. Caution deposit will be refunded to the original source of payment within 7 banking days, after in-time vacation of the room.
5. Pilgrims can cancel their Accommodation bookings before minimum 48 hours of accommodation date irrespective of timeslots
and base tari! along with caution deposit will be refunded to their original source of payment.
6. Re-scheduling of accommodation is not allowed under any circumstances.
7. In the event of not availing the accommodation on the specified date and stipulated Timeslot, only caution deposit (if any) will
be refunded.
8. TTD Management reserves right of cancellation of the accommodation under some contingent circumstances.
