CODE OF CONDUCT
InnoVision Festival,2023 is explicitly an OFFLINE event.

Student must be in proper school uniform.

Proper discipline should be maintained throughout the event.

Follow all rules, regulations , and instructions provided by the organisers and the
school authorities.

Report any concerns or violations of the code of conduct to the designated even
organisers or staff.

The decision of the Judges will be final and unquestionable.

QUIZ
"Brainiac Battle: A Test of Scientific Prowess"
INSTRUCTIONS:
It consists of 4 rounds.

Each round consist of 3 question for each team.

10 points for each correct response and -5 for each wrong response.

30 seconds for each question will be given.

Tiebreaker will be rapid-fire round of questions in which you have to answer 5 questions in 30 seconds.

Participants must follow the rules and regulations.

Discipline must be maintained.

Team with maximum points shall win or team which answers maximum questions in rapid-fire round
shall win.
ROUNDS WILL BE BASED ON :

ROUND 1 : Scientific Discoveries and Breakthrough

ROUND 2: Space and Beyond: Explore astronomy, space exploration, and celestial bodies
ROUND 3: Evolution and Natural Selection: Discuss the principles of evolution, Darwin's theory, and evidence of
evolutionary processes.
ROUND4:Exploring the Elements: Cover the periodic table, chemical elements, and their properties.

“FUTURAMA :A GLIMPSE INTO TOMORROW’S WORLD”

INSTRUCTIONS
Groups will be decided on spot.

2 groups would be given same topics one will speak for FOR and other for AGAINST.

You must defend your point calmly and with composure.

There is nothing more tiring than irrelevant data or examples that imprison the audience . Therefore,
always check for relevance.

Negative marking will be there for speaking in any other language other than English

Use of foul language is prohibited.

Winner will be decided on the basis of responsiveness, knowledge of the topic, strong argument,
persuasiveness and style.
TOPICS:
The benefits and drawbacks of nuclear energy.
The use of animals in scientific research.
The impact of climate change on global ecosystems.
The effectiveness of alternative medicine versus conventional
medicine.
The ethical implications of human cloning and reproductive
technologies.
The importance of space exploration for scientific advancement
and human progress
The ethics of genetic engineering and gene editing.

HUNT

“LAB ESCAPE ROOM”

YOU WOULD BE GIVEN A TIME LIMIT OF 3O MINS.
YOU HAVE TO FIND SOME SCIENCE RELATED PHENOMENON HAPPENING
AROUND YOUR SCHOOL.
CLICK A PHOTO WITH THAT AND EXPLAIN THE PHENOMENON OCCURING
THERE.
THE TEAM WITH OPTIMUM NUMBER OF PHOTOS WILL WIN .
INSTRUCTIONS

ENSURE SAFETY DURING THE HUNT.

NO PHOTO SHALL BE REPEATED AND NO PHOTO WITH SAME PHENOMENON
WILL BE ACCEPTED.
AUDIENCE AND OPPOSITION CAN CROSS QUESTION YOU.

CURIOSITY AND DISCOVERY”.
WINNERS WOULD BE ANNOUNCED .
A GENERAL DISCUSSION WOULD BE HELD BETWEEN ORGANIZER AND THE
AUDIENCE TO LEARN MORE ABOUT THE FOLLOWING TOPICS.
