Nadia Qazi, the lawful daughter of the deceased

Qazi Ikram Ullah, who passed away on 04/09/2023. The deceased left behind a range of properties in
Peshawar and assets in Qatar. It is essential to emphasize that my client holds a legitimate entitlement
to the inheritance under both Shariah and legal doctrines.

Despite my client's repeated pleas, you have consistently refused her request for her rightful share of
the estate. Consequently, my client had no recourse but to resort to legal action by commencing
litigation in the Peshawar court to assert her lawful claim to the property in Peshawar.

Furthermore, it has come to our attention that you currently possess assets, particularly monetary
holdings in a Qatar-based bank, to which my client holds a legal right. Your actions in withholding her
due share have caused significant emotional distress to my client.

Through this formal legal notice, you are hereby directed to promptly initiate communication with Mr.
Kashif Javaid, bearing Passport number DD8671994, reachable at 0097455343153, residing at Ibn
Abdulsalam Street, Villa No. 21, Alhilal Area, Doha, Qatar. He has been duly authorized as the
representative of Dr. Nadia Qazi in this matter. It is your responsibility to engage in discussions regarding
this matter and explore the possibility of an amicable resolution.

This directive pertaining to the remittance of her share is to be executed within a five-day period,
commencing from the date of your receipt of this notice.

In the event of your failure to comply with the terms and directives outlined in this legal notice within
the stipulated five-day period, my client will have no recourse but to initiate legal proceedings against
you in a court of competent jurisdiction in Qatar. You should be aware that you will be held liable for all
legal fees and expenses associated with such legal proceedings.

We earnestly hope that this matter can be resolved amicably, thus avoiding protracted legal action.

Please be informed that a copy of this legal notice will be retained in our office for future reference.
