 Instructions:
1. Students should bring the Identity Card and Hall Ticket during the
examinations without fail. Students are not allowed to write examination if
they do not bring both ID card and hall ticket
2. Candidate must enter into the examination hall before half an hour of
examination schedule time.
3. Loss of Admit Card must be reported to Student section immediately and
duplicate copy of the same will be issued on payment of Rs.50/- (Rupees
50) only.
4. Candidate shall be permitted to leave the Examination Hall after an hour
after the question papers have been distributed.
5. Candidates should bring their black pens, HB pencil and any other special
requirements such as mathematical boxes, etc. for use in the Examination
Hall. The Exam cell will not provide the same.
6. Candidates should not bring any articles (other than those specified above)
such as books, notes, loose sheets, mobile phones, papers, digital diaries,
etc. However, they will be allowed to use battery operated simple pocket
calculator as per the instruction mention in question paper.
Note:
1. Examinee is required to keep this admission card in examination hall, which have to be produced the supervisor / invigilator or the authorized person of the
university as and when required.
2. No supplementary answer book will be provided.
3. This admission card is also valid for practical examinations and mandatory for students to possess during examination. Without which the students shall not be
allowed to appear the examination.
7. Candidates must pest latest photo on Hall Ticket.
8. No candidates are allowed to enter the examination hall half an hour after
the commencement of the exam.
9. Once students are seated in the Examination hall for examination, they are
not expected to have any sort of communication. These cases shall be
considered as malpractice.
10. Students are requested to cross out the blank pages with cross mark (X), at
the end of examination.
11. Students are expected to come in college uniform during the examinations.
12. All other rules are to be followed as per standard operating Procedure
(SOP) of the institute /University.
13. Every examinee should leave the hall only after handing over his answer
book to the invigilator after his entire satisfaction.
14. Hall ticket must be signed and stamped by COE and Examination cell
respectively
