Findings

Q3

The results show that most of the survey participants are satisfied with the type of energy they are using
at the moment. The main factor for all participants was the price. Only 1 out of 5 respondents is not
satisfied with the type of energy they use. He claims that the prices of fossil fuels in the place where he
lives are getting more expensive and he also stands for ecology and a clean environment. Only one of
the respondents uses green energy and is also satisfied. According to him, he now does not pay gas tax,
thereby it allows him to save quite a lot of money. All other participants answered this question in less
depth. They are satisfied with the current gas price.

Q4

Opinions were divided on this issue, 3 survey participants confirmed that they were thinking about
purchasing solar panels, 1 of them already has them because the environment is important to him. The
rest of the participants have never thought about installing solar panels because one participant lives in
an apartment and believes that it will be an unnecessary and expensive investment. The last participant
explained his unwillingness to buy solar panels by the fact that there is a lack of sunlight in the area
where he lives and it would be illogical.

Q5

Most of the participants agreed that this is an excellent innovation, but it's too early to think about
buying, since in most countries around the world the sale of hydrogen fuel at gas stations is not
developed and the car simply cannot be refueled. Everyone confirmed that if there were more gas
stations where it would be possible to refuel the car with hydrogenic fuel, they would think about
acquiring such a vehicle. The current price of cars with hydrogenic fuel also plays an important role. This
industry is just beginning to develop, so while their prices are too high and most opt for more
economical fuels such as gasoline and diesel. Moreover, one of the interviewees said that he was not
very deep into this topic and did not understand it, he would have chosen electric-powered transport
due to its convenience.

Q6

All participants agree that this is a good idea, but most of them do not have enough knowledge to
answer this question in more detail. 1 of the participants learned that long-term storage of a hydrogen-
fueled boiler is much more dangerous than using ordinary energy for you and me. Also, the majority of
respondents wondered how much such a technology would cost and if it would be justified and also
more environmentally friendly, then why not use it.
Q7

When asked how you estimate your income level, all participants answered at least average. 2 of them
said that they estimate their income as average, while the rest considered it to be more than average.

Q8

The absolute majority of respondents confirmed that the price of energy is the main factor in the
selection and use of hydrogenic energy. Only 1 survey participant believes that investing in green energy
will be profitable and will completely discourage costs in the near future.

Introduction Business process

The purpose of the solmade course was to immerse us in the most realistic environment in which we
were a company for the production and installation of solar panels and other goods and services. We
represented a young, fast-growing company and tried to get a constant and stable profit. What is
needed for this? From the very beginning, our team consisted of 5 people, we provided services for the
installation and sale of 2 different products. Business processes are a set of interrelated tasks or works
aimed at creating a branded product or service for their customers. This process should be clearly
defined and aimed at the consumer and his satisfaction with our product. All these factors make their
own adjustments and are reflected in the price of the product. The internal atmosphere in the team is
also important, because if the employees are happy, they will do their work with pleasure, which will
affect sales and clients feedback.
