At the end of the project/activity, the participants are expected to:


1. Empower Comprehensive Business Insights: To provide the Business Administration students with a broad
understanding of various aspects critical to success in business, spanning insurance literacy, MS Tool
proficiency, and real estate fundamentals.

2. Enhance Financial Competence: Equip participants with the financial literacy required to make informed
decisions, whether in insurance planning, data analysis using MS tools, or real estate investment analysis.

3. Nurture Problem-Solving Skills: Foster a problem-solving mindset across different domains, enabling
participants to apply critical thinking and analytical skills to real-world business challenges.

4. Cultivate Adaptability: Encourage adaptability and versatility among participants, enabling them to
navigate dynamic business environments.
GUIDELINES

A. PRE-IMPLEMENTATION STAGE
Last September 4, 2023, the JFINEX-ISAP CHAPTER Executive Board held a meeting to discuss the
aforementioned webinars. The Club's adviser and officers agreed to hold a series of webinars for the
Months of October and November. The committee agreed that expenses will be charged to the
organization’s fund.

B. IMPLEMENTATION STAGE
The students will observe the following agreements on/before the seminar and activity:
 Business Administration students will be attending this event, and they must pre-register to
ensure that there are no disruptions or delays during the activity on the stated date;
 Announcement shall be posted in the JFINEX Chapter Official FB Page aside from the letter
of invitation to be forwarded to different colleges and universities offering Business
Administration in the country as our means of dissemination process;
 There will be registration fee of P100.00 on this webinar for the Resource Speaker’s
Honorarium;
 Students who will not pay their registration fee will be facing consequences from their
advisers.
 The e-certificate will be given to those successfully join the webinar and will be sent thru their
email addresses;
 The Zoom meeting ID will be sent directly into their respective email addresses once they
successfully registered using the online registration form;
 All participants must join the Zoom meeting and secure their virtual attendance at 5:30 p.m.-
8:00 p.m;
 JFINEX officers are responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of the seminar;
 Students are not permitted to leave the meeting while the seminar is still in progress, and strict
attendance monitoring is required.
 Proper decorum and self-discipline are expected, as are strict adherence to rules and

C. EVALUATION STAGE

Following the webinar, participants must complete an evaluation form provided by Google Forms in order to
determine and know the efficiency of the activity. The narrative evaluation, with photo documentation, as
well as the financial statement, will be submitted five (5) working days after the program's completion. A
post-test will also be given to assess the level of knowledge gained from the webinar. The class advisers will
review attendance the following day; if a student is determined and proven to be late or absent during any part
of the program, this will be reported to the Adviser and Dean for appropriate action.
