PLUMBING & ACCESSORIES:


• All internal plumbing fittings including tap ware and accessories.
• Concrete shower base with 70mm concrete upstand.
• Toilet pan complete with seat and cistern.

TIMBER & HARDWARE:


• All timber components manufactured to Australian Standards from durable,
preservative pressure treated PNG plantation pine, providing protection from
termites, rot and fungal decay.
• Pressure treated pine timber stumps set in concrete pad footings.
• 15mm DuraPly flooring staggered over joists for the main area.
• Treated pine verandah decking and hand rails.
• Exposed raked ceiling and wall to suit unlined wall system.
• All plywood is PAA/JAS-ANZ certified.
• Prefabricated interior and exterior wall panels. Un-lined wall system with two
faced wall cladding profile, (TGVJ).
• Truss and stairs supplied in knock-down form, to be assembled on site by your builder.
• Quality custom orb zincalume corrugated roofing iron, gutter, downpipe, ridge cap & barge mould.
• Aluminium/PVC louvre frame and glass windows with security bars and fly screens.
• PVC downpipe with necessary bends.
• Exterior doors - Exterior solid core wooden door.
• Interior doors – Interior hollow core wooden doors.
• All doors, locks, hinges and necessary hardware as required.
• Fastener such as nails, bolts, nuts, washers, coach screws, steel strap, pop rivets, nail plates, etc.
• Cement provided for the concrete pad footings, stair pad and ground floor slab.
• N.B. Gravel, sand and compacted fill are not included.

PAINT:
• Acrylic undercoat provided for the interior stacker shelves and hangers, with
mould shield acrylic topcoat.
• Deck pro mahogany oil stain provided for the exterior wall cladding, verandah decking and stairs.
