1. Which are the Linux Directory Commands? Explain the understanding of commands
in your own words.

2. You are in books directory, from here try to remove sub-directory quantum
under the directory physics.

 Now move to directory computer, from here remove sub-directory

calculus under the directory math.
 Now create again both removed directories.

3. Make the following directory hierarchy:

 Now go to the cyber security sub-directory

4. How will you display detailed information about each file, and directory?

5. Create a sub-directory name “Subjects” under the directory “Software Engineering” how
will you move to the root directory.

 Now add two sub-directories under the directory Software Engineering and then
remove one of them.
6. Suppose you have a Directory name “Computing” and it contains some files. How will
you delete that Directory?
