06/11/18: Airside 1 received an email from Supervisor E&M stating
the incident on Tuesday Morning on RWY 28NNE, it stated that a BCW
Vehicle HH 293, Driver: Mateo ran-over a RWY Edge light when making a 180
turn , without his intention he heard a big bang under the vehicle. With
quick reaction he advised E&M (Amini) than BCW (Nina) on the incident.
FOD/Debris was clean & cleared.
-Mateo had contacted E&M Team straight after the incident, and E&M team
attended to the incident site.
-Pending for Repairs

Detail Location On RWY 28NNE runway Edge Light

Consequences -AOM Chapter 12 .2.1. – “Failing to report an accident or incident to the

Airside office/officer on 9983223/9333380 within 2 hours of it happening in
which the driver is involved”.
-The AOM state this is a “Sever offence” the officer involved has been
interviewed and penalty has been issued.
-Awareness Briefing on Airside Safety Operation.
