 Labor : 520 hours at $13 per hour
 Solvent : 150 liters at $15 per liter
 Machine : $50 per day

EXERCISE 2
Hans Daniel is an owner of Bubble Car-Spa in Changloon, Kedah. During the operations,
there are five people working eight hours per day cleaning a double dozen of vehicles in
each hour. The cost incurred as follow; a labor: RM15 per hour, materials: RM10 and
overhead: RM7. Last year the company had averagely cleaned 155 vehicles each day.
Calculate the (a) Labor Productivity, (b) Growth Rate, and (c) Multifactor Productivity.
