RESOLUTION DECLARING OWNERSHIP OVER A REAL PROPERTY BY MR. ROLANDO H. ORCILLA IN THE
NAME OF MARCELINA H. ORCILLA, LOCATED AT BARANGAY SANTIAGO, BAUANG, LA UNION.

WHEREAS, declaration of real property is a traditional assessment document maintained by the


Provincial City or Municipal Assessors, showing other the mark and assessed values of the property as
the basis for the collection of real property tax.

WHEREAS, as a proof of ownership, the Title or Deed to a piece of land or property is the most basic
from of proof of ownership whether it will be land or building.

WHEREAS, as unknown parcel of land bearing Tax Dec No. 2009-07-0035-00202 with an area of 2,849
square meters, located at Barangay Santiago, Bauang, La Union is somehow declared in the name of
Marcelina H. Orcilla of the same barangay ( SANTIAGO ) , covered by Lot No. 1628.

WHEREAS, the adjoining Boundaries of the said property was bounded as follows:

North: 02, 05 ENRICA ABAOAG Lot No. 1627


West: SEC.005 FERNANDO BALADAD Lot No. 3317
East: EDITHA Q MANGAOAMG Sec. 007
South: 07 JUSTO PULANCO Lot No. 1629

WHEREAS, ownership of the said property as per the Affidavit of Ownership signed by the legal heir MR.
ROLANDO H. ORCILLA and with the concurrence of the adjoining owners and representatives, and as
supported by their Application for Certification of Alienable and Disposable Land, the property appears
the property of Mrs. Orcilla.

NOWTHEREFORE, resolved as it is hereby resolved upon motion of kagawad Reynald R. Pulanco, duly
seconded by Kagawad Eduardson S. Dela Rosa, the said property appeared and declared in the name of
Marcelina H. Orcilla as the owner and Rolando H. Orcilla as the legal heir and successor.

RESOLVED FURTHER , that copy of this resolution be forwarded to the Municipal Assessor and other
related offices for their records.

Subject: APPLICATION FOR UNKNOWN PROPERTY

Dear Ma’am:

I am writing this letter to indicate my intent in applying the unknown property located at Brgy. Santiago,
Bauang, La Union containing an area of 2,849 square meters more or less covered by tax Declaration No. 2009-07-
0035-00202. That the previous owner of the aforesaid property was our late mother Marcelina Orcilla.
Unfortunately, we did not pay our realty taxes of the said property that led to be unknown property.

May I request on your good office to be please process my application.

AFFIDAVIT OF OWNERSHIP

I, ROLANDO HIDALGO ORCILLA, of legal age, married to JOYCE R. ORCILLA, Filipino and a
resident of Brgy. Santiago, Bauang, La Union, after having been duly sworn to an oath in accordance with
law do hereby depose and say:

1. That we are the actual possessor/owner, declared under the name of our late mother
Marcelina Orcilla the parcel of land located at Brgy. Santiago, Bauang, La Union, with an
area of 2,849 square meters more or less identified as Agricultural and Residential lot
covered by Tax Declaration No. 2009-07-0035-00202;
2. That however, the aforesaid property is declared with an unknown owner;
3. That the above- mentioned parcel of land has been in actual and physical possession
without any issue for more than 30 years now and to this date;
4. That the adjoining lot owners could also attest our ownership and possession of the
aforesaid property and that they attest that none of their respective properties were
encroached;
5. That at the same time, the barangay captain who have jurisdiction over the said real
property could attest my legitimate ownership over the same property;
6. That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truthfulness of the foregoing facts and
TO PROVE OWNERSHIP over the above mentioned property and to request the
concerned office for the issuance of a new Tax Declaration for taxation purposes entering
my name as the declared owner;
